What a great service CaMo-NYC provided to me. I needed to be accompanied home from a medical procedure, but no one I knew was available to meet me at the facility. CaMo-NYC’s website was easy to use, and the booking was easy to schedule. I scheduled it a week in advance of my procedure. Upon reserving and paying, CaMo-NYC sent me a link via e-mail to provide them with more detailed information for the day of the procedure. The day before the procedure, the CaMo-NYC representative who would be meeting me, called to introduce herself to me. She provided me with her phone number so that I could give it to the medical facility in order that they could keep her informed of my release time. When I was ready to be released, Pamela from CaMo-NYC was there waiting for me. She was cognizant of my slightly impaired state of alertness, kind, welcoming, and efficient in having the car arrive at the facility exit so that my trip home was comfortable and rapid. I felt I was in very good hands with CaMo-NYC.

I wanted to thank you and your team for the excellent service extended to me last week after my surgery. To be honest, last week was challenging and to have no family or friends to support me deepened the feelings of loneliness and anxiety. Of the many things about which I had to worry, being signed out and taken home was not among them. I truly appreciate both men who helped me last Wednesday. They were kind, courteous, thoughtful and, above all else, professional.

A swift and easy pick-up process after my surgery...from booking online to receiving quick confirmation, I truly appreciate your service. The woman who picked me up was very kind, helpful, and patient with me, which I truly appreciate as I was straight out of surgery. The cherry on top was that our black car told us that he was advised to drive slow and easy...which he did. Everything went smoothly. Thank you so very much to you and your team and I will definitely use your services again!

I had an excellent first experience with CAMO NYC. I was able to easily book a companion for a last minute procedure. The driver and companion picked me up on time, dropped me off, coordinated with the facility for release and pickup up after the procedure. It’s a relief to know that life-saving medical procedures don’t have to be rescheduled when you need to be released with a companion. CAMO NYC is a dependable alternative for a companion when you don’t always have family or friends available. I highly recommend CAMO NYC and will use their services again when needed.
