Payment is due at the time of online booking via credit/debit card. Sorry, no cash or personal checks.

• Minors under 12 years of age are not permitted. Minors under 18 years old may not book any CaMo® services. 

• All minors under 18 years old must also be accompanied by a parent or adult with legal consent. 

• Proof of age and identity may also be requested at any time. 

• Rates quoted prior to service are for the cost of services within time allotted. 

• Additional services or procedure delays may change the final amount ($25 per 15 minutes of additional wait time). 

• We will do our best to coordinate pick-up times with your facility. 

• No extra stops are permitted between facility and destination listed at the time of booking. 

• Any changes to destination must be approved at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. 

• CaMo® is not responsible for any lost/misplaced personal property. 

• CaMo® may refuse service if a client is medically, physically, or mentally unsuitable for transport. 

• CaMo® reserves the right to decline transporting clients who leave a facility against medical advice (“AMA”), or if a companion and/or driver is/feels unsafe in any way. 

 

CaMo® Cancellation Policy
 

• Procedure canceled by a healthcare provider (HCP): 100% refund upon verification with HCP 

• Greater than 48 hours before appointment: 100% refund, minus $25 booking fee 

• Greater than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund 

• Less than 24 hours before appointment: Full charge* 

• No shows, no calls: No refund 
   

*50% off future booking if rescheduled within 60 days from original appointment date.
