CaMo® drivers and companions have received COVID vaccines, and the most up to date [CDC] recommended boosters. Masks are not required. If you are wearing a mask, you may request the driver/companion also wear a mask. Medical facility rules regarding masking will be followed by CaMo® staff.

 

CaMo® strongly recommends that passengers receive up-to-date vaccinations and boosters against COVID-19, especially for those with conditions that place them at higher risk.

 

If you need to cancel your ride due to COVID, proof of a lab test (no home tests), or written confirmation from your provider that your procedure has been canceled or postponed due to COVID-19 is required. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment within a certain time frame. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will refund your money.
